You will write two monologues:  First monologue:  Tell the story again from anot

Important - Read this before proceeding

These instructions reflect a task our writers previously completed for another student. Should you require assistance with the same assignment, please submit your homework details to our writers’ platform. This will ensure you receive an original paper, you can submit as your own. For further guidance, visit our ‘How It Works’ page.

You will write two monologues:
First monologue:
Tell the story again from another character’s point of view.  You can not change any actions/events of the story, only the point of view.   You can however have this monologue take place any time after the event.  Think about who else was there during the event (they don’t have to be human – it can be from the dog’s or a tree’s perspective).  How do you think this person views the event?
Second monologue:
Embellish/Exaggerate.  Change what you want.  Keep the foundational elements of the story intact, but lift it theatrically. Keep the “event” of the scene.  This can be a simple exaggeration or a major change in given circumstances.  Maybe it takes place on Mars.  Perhaps it is now about a mermaid.  If your story was about getting lost in downtown San Jose, maybe now you’re also being chased by zombies.  This does not have to be realism.   Make sure the character speaking also has a point of view about the events.   It can be from any character’s point of view.  Have fun!
EACH monologue should be 250 – 400 words each. Use proper play format. Please look over the formatting module.  You should let us know the characters and setting for each monologue
Remember a monologue is one person talking without interruption.
Tips on writing the monologue:
1.  WHO is the character speaking to?  What is their relationship?
2.  WHY are they telling this story?   What is important about it?  What is the urgency?
Feel free to use stage direction to set the scene.  But keep this as a monologue.  Why is the other person silent?
