You will listen to an episode of the podcast Stuff You Should Know called “How Personality Tests Work” (episode dated August 24, 2017) and write a 1–2-page reflection paper; points will be deducted if you do not reach the minimum page length (1 page).
Papers must be written in APA style format (12 point, Times New Roman font; double spaced, 1” margins, title page).
A rubric will be provided but we will discuss this in more detail in class.
In short, you will discuss your thoughts on personality tests before listening to the episode, briefly summarize the information you found to be important and the pros/cons of personality tests, and your reflections on the implications of the use of personality tests in research and in the public sector.’
