These instructions reflect a task our writers previously completed for another student. Week 10 Discussion: Cranial Nerves Study Group
Choose a cranial nerve and tell us about it in a memorable way. Get creative! Be sure to include the name, number, type (sensory, motor, or both), function, and a description of its location. Also discuss one thing that a person could experience if that nerve is damaged.
Starting with a brief description of an injury along with the effect of damage to that nerve may be a good way to help you put this information together in a memorable and original way. Maybe the name of your patient is something to help you remember the name of the nerve or another piece of information? As you explain why damage to that nerve causes that specific effect, that’s a great place to work in the “be sure to include” information about the cranial nerve you’ve chosen.
Because the purpose of this discussion is to help you all study, we are not using Turnitin this week because I expect you to use some wording and phrasing from our chapter (because that is the wording you’ll see on quizzes/exams). I want you to focus on making the information memorable and learning from your classmates.
