Using the lesson plan you completed in Module 3, add two new sections to the plan–formative assessment and summative assessment. Write a plan for both- this should include your plan for formative and summative assessments, the written instructions to students, and the actual assessment artifacts. For example, if you plan on having students write an essay, you must include the writing prompt and the rubric you will use to score the assignment.
Remember that because some of your learning objectives refer to higher-order thinking skills, your assessment plan must provide a way to assess those skills.
