Assignment Details
Review and analyze the project scenario using (Part 1) waterfall and (Part 2) Agile. Assess the concepts of project planning, and develop a project schedule by using MS Project for waterfall and address the following:
The project schedule should include at least 30 tasks and show the work breakdown structure (WBS), with 3 levels (project, phase and work package). Include dependency relationships, resource assignments, and at least 3 milestones.
Create a roadmap for the project using a Gantt chart for or another approach for Agile.
Because MS Project is a requirement for this class, it is highly recommended that you use MS Project to create these tasks with task names, start and finish dates, durations, dependencies, and resource names assigned. Submit the MS Project file as your assignment.
