Your podcast can be a video (vlog) or a picture background with a voice recording on your YouTube channel.
It should be 15 minutes in length.

For example: You want to talk about the fact that the high cost of instrument repair is an issue for hospitals and you have proposed solution(s). Discuss the issue in detail and provide examples.
Your solution(s) should be addressed with clarity, details, and expertise. Provide examples, along with facts to back your solutions.
Be sure to highlight where the resources and expertise originated from, such as peer-reviewed articles, industry journals, books, reputable websites, etc.
