This assignment is for introduction to archaeology class and this assignment is 30% of my grade. It has two tasks drawing a site map and writing 300 words. Instruction (please carefully follow the instructions) Go outside and find an “important” place (choose Central park /lake Elizabeth in Fremont, California) . Imagine what the place will look like in 1,000 years. Pretend you are a future archaeologist. Draw a site map using pencil and paper. Make sure to provide a North arrow and map key. Mark important features and artefacts, and at least one piece of water infrastructure. Provide a short write-up, no more than 300 words(please don’t write more than 300 words), in which you explain how a future archaeologist might interpret the space. Describe the kinds of activities you saw people take part in and identify at least one important activity that would leave no trace.
