The purpose of this assignment is for you to sharpen your leadership ability to analyze organizations and develop appropriate actions to improve outcomes objectively. This project will allow you to apply the knowledge and skills regarding leadership frames as you learn them.
You will need to select a governmental or non-profit organization to analyze. It should be one in which you can interview at least two individuals in leadership roles. You will then submit two papers analyzing the organization from the four frames based on your research and observations.
