Use of K1’s and Annual Reports
With regards to the company, students will use and download K1’s and annual reports, and/or
similar financial statements to understand the success of the organization. With respect to the
industry, students will need to find product growth and market share data for all major
competitors.
Model Justification
Using the Five Forces Model, as an example, each characteristic for each model must be justified
and cited. There must be 3 characteristics per axis or model variable. For example, for each of the
5 forces, there must be 3 characteristics and therefore 15 justifications for the Five Forces Model.
Every justification point will need to be cited. Use headings and bullets when justifying models.
The format should be 11-point, single spaced, Times Roman font. Sample paper and powerpoint attached for additonal information and how to format paper.
