Semester Research Paper
In this course, you will have a semester-long research paper project. You begin working on it this week. Approximately every other week, you will be required to make edits and incorporate more materials into your working publish.
These working publishs are designed to spread out a single, large project into manageable chunks. Hopefully, you will pick up several skills along the way (e.g., how to create an APA reference; how to find good, scholarly sources; how to structure your paragraphs). The final research paper is due on Sunday week 15.
Week 5 Instructions
Objective:
1) Select a topic
2) Find at least one “good” scholarly source and list it in APA reference format (ex. a journal article)

The research cited must be scholarly, credible, recent, and relevant. What is a scholarly source? See below.
You can use your eText and encyclopedias, but they will not count as a reference. Don’t use Wikipedia.
Citations (both full and in-text) are in standard APA formatting, both within the body of the paper and in a clear and corresponding full citation in your reference section. Please review the Module 1 Plagiarism Assessment with its resources on citations and plagiarism, if needed. Any images you use must also have citations.
