Important - Read this before proceeding

These instructions reflect a task our writers previously completed for another student. Should you require assistance with the same assignment, please submit your homework details to our writers’ platform. This will ensure you receive an original paper, you can submit as your own. For further guidance, visit our ‘How It Works’ page.

Review this week’s Learning Resources and think about the leaders you have known or followed, whether in personal, academic, or professional settings, or from the news, social media, or other reliable sources of information.
Review the Leadership Styles media piece. Make note of which leader you most identify with and why.
Consider the leadership styles as identified by the Lussier text (i.e., transformational, servant, charismatic, transactional, and visionary leadership). For any leader(s) you have identified, think about which leadership style most aligns to his or her approach
Post a 150- to 225-word description of the leadership style you think is most effective in business and why. In your description, be sure to include the following:
Explain which leader from the Leadership Styles media piece most reflects your own leadership style.
Explain which leadership style that is and why you identify with that leader.
Describe whether your chosen leadership style is most effective for use in a business or professional environment. If not, identify which style you believe would be most effective, and explain why.
To support your response, be sure to reference at least one properly cited scholarly source.
