You will not have any actual data to analyze, but you need to explain suggested outcomes.

Discussion
Discuss your (anticipated) results and how they contribute to the field. Discuss the limitations and thoughts for future research.

• Addressed each hypothesis separately (IV1 and DV, I would find… IV2 and DV I would find… in the interaction I would find…) Tells me that a 2×2 factorial or 2-way ANOVA will be used to analyze results • Tells me about the results in past tense (saying “I found instead of “it is suggested I would find…) Does not explain an interaction effect Leaves out one of the hypotheses results • Leaves out results of more than 1 hypotheses.
Discussion • Includes a wrap up of study, reminds me what purpose of

• Includes strengths and weaknesses of study. (i.e., limitations)
• Includes at least one idea for further research • Includes only 2 of the three details listed for 2 points • Not included or includes 1 or less of the information in 2 points.
