Research Question: How can organizations foster a culture of humility among employees at all levels?
Objective: To develop strategies for cultivating humility as a core organizational value.
Methodology: Analysis of organizational cultures known for humility, interviews with HR professionals, and surveys of employees in various industries.
The idea originally came from Nikola Jokic, the 3 time NBA MVP and a Champiuon with the Denver Nuggets, who became an outlier as one of the most humble superstars in the league, proving that to dominate in any area, arrogance is not required. We often saw players liike Kobe and Jordan, who people mostly hated playing with but did it because they got the results, Jokic took a different approach, as his humble upbringing and overall balanced life philosophy allowed him to approach the game as a humble person, and players love playing with him. HE changed the way players in the league behaved and what General Managers looked for while recruiting. 
This is described in two of my essays, and I will add the final publish for the latest one. They can be used for this final thesis.
