Read textbook 8.4c Improving Performance (p. 321-324), and list steps on how would you go about diagnosing an employee’s performance problems (e.g., low production, failure to meet deadlines, absences, late to work, leaving early, conflict with other coworkers, etc.). Think about your workplace or someone you know who might have performance issues, if you were that person’s manager, how would you go about figuring out the root cause of that particular issue? Then list several factors you would consider to help improve an employee’s performance. The submission should be 1-2 pages.
