Purpose: Purpose of this study is investigating the factors
of improving the MEP project management in KSA.

Justification:
This paper campaigns for the improvement of
management practices concerning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)
projects. The opening section talks about digital tools to improve efficiency,
budget estimation, task costing, and stakeholder engagement. It discusses the
difficulties of MEP project management, including complexity, overruns, and
