In addition, the entity with the authority to assess performance and provide rewards (e.g., peer, manager, HR, etc.) can differ based on culture.

Discuss the different rewards and incentives a company could use with their global workforce.
Discuss which position or roles should conduct performance appraisals within a global workforce. Provide a rationale for your decisions.

Team incentives based on team performance:
