An organization’s leadership team must create an environment that promotes employee health and productivity. Human relations skills alone are insufficient; the organization must also embody the spirit of a positive workplace culture (Bourda, 2021).
This course teaches you how to prepare the organization to be more receptive to building positive human relations (Bourda, 2021). This course gives some great over-arching themes about diversity issues, managing diversity, employee involvement and engagement, and developing an organizational culture.

Writing Guidelines
