Part B Individual Executive Report (50%)
Format: Business Report (one senior executive perspective) with full Harvard references. (NO EXECUTIVE SUMMARY)
Font: Word Arial size 11 or 12 point, (this font). In the business world organisations will have a compulsory ‘house style’ and font.
Word Limit: 2500 words for main report. Words used on diagrams and numbers in tables do not count. 2500 is the maximum, a limit, you can write less without penalty.
The list of references also is not included in the word count.
Students are strongly advised to use diagrams, tables and spreadsheets and other visual materials to support their report (it also saves on word count).

2. Results: Financial and Internal Results Overall Simulation Points and Ranking of team.
Individual explanation of the results (250 words).
3. Key Decisions and Outcomes by Business Cycle.
Individual explanation of what occurred and their contribution (500 words)
4. Executive tasks and operations of the simulations that they learned most from and how that learning was applied in the simulation (1000 words).
5. Critical evaluation of the management of the business from the perspective of their functional expertise. (500 words)
