Part 1:  Part one of the research project will be a literature review of your research question/topic. It should be a minimum of 5 pages and should consult a minimum of 10 academic sources. 
Part 2:  Part two of your research project will investigate the national and/or global conditions of your topic. This paper should cite global trends and regional patterns and might incorporate a variety of sources including academic literature, databases, policy briefs, news articles, etc. The objective of this paper is to gain an understanding of the breadth and diversity of your issue. This paper should be a minimum of 5 pages long.
The final paper must include a title, introduction, conclusion, and abstract, all of which will serve to tie the papers together. The final paper should be anywhere from 12-15 pages long.
