Provide a summary statement of three paragraphs. In these three paragraphs you will explain competency-based learning in your own words, paraphrase what you gleaned from at least two webinars you watched with citations and references, and an analysis of competency-based learning.
You will also include the strengths of competency-based learning, the weaknesses, and any opportunities you see ahead because of this approach.
Wrap up with your thoughts on how varying levels of competency could affect patient outcomes.
