You are the Director of Human Resources for a company with 5000 employees. There are physical locations in New York and Florida, and employees work remotely in every other state.
Choose any form of discrimination covered in Weeks 1-4 (i.e., age, disability, race, gender, etc.) Your company is facing a lawsuit from an employee who feels they were discriminated against.
This project requires that you do the following:
1. Create any facts relevant to publish a hypothetical scenario involving the lawsuit
2. Explain the relevant laws or regulations pertaining to the alleged discrimination
3. Propose a training plan for the company to avoid these issues moving forward
The training plan must include at least the following:
i. Audience (C-suite, management, all employees, etc.)
ii. Timing/frequency of training
iii. Mode of training (in person or online)
iv. Specific topics to be covered (include a discussion of the relevant laws)

The memo must include a references page with at least 5 scholarly, legal, governmental, or academic references.
