Choose a pandemic or epidemic listed on the CDC website that is specific to your current practice or personal interest. Examples include, but are not limited to, tuberculosis, the influenzas, AIDS, Ebola, PEDV, SARS, measles, and obesity. You are not obligated to choose from the above list.
Discuss the pandemic or epidemic with an understanding of the role these play with infection and immunity.
Illustrate the pathophysiology behind the specific pandemic or epidemic disorder.
Include the population, cause, transmission, immunization, incidence, manifestations, and possible complications.
Explain in a 3-4 page essay.
Use scholarly articles and APA format (double-spaced, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman, 12 pt font, in-text citation and a reference list).
