In this assignment, you will watch a video documentary related to juvenile justice, and then write a detailed and comprehensive ten page paper in which you apply the theories and research from the course to explicating the documentary.
The goal of the paper is to apply information gleaned from the course (as well as two outside sources) to the specific case study and to discuss how an actual event can be understood using the theory and research you have learned about in this course. It is your opportunity to display your knowledge and to demonstrate clearly that you can apply it and explain its relevance to a naïve reader.
