Assignment Prompt
After reading the assignment description for the final essay in the course, you will use this discussion space to:
propose a claim about the rhetoric of your park that answers the following: Does the park achieve its stated purpose? How does the park influence or affect the thoughts, beliefs, views, or actions of those who interact with it?
write three supporting claims (these will become the topic sentences of your essay). Each supporting claim should develop the broader claim you’re making about your park. 
for each supporting claim, include one piece of evidence from your visits to the park that demonstrate your claim. 
explain how each piece of evidence supports your supporting claim
After you’ve posted your initial response, respond to two peers with the following: 
a question about their claim/supporting claims/evidence
suggestion for their claim/supporting claims/evidence
Minimum Requirements & Tips: 
You may write your response in any format that suits you.
Include responses to each of the prompts described above. 
Include two peer responses that further the conversation
Do not write in vague language; be specific about the who, what, where, when, why, and how. 
Your writing should be clear and easy to understand. Please do not use “elevated language,” which often clouds the meaning, instead, write in your own voice and use your regular language!
Proofread your work for surface mistakes like spelling.
Your assignment should show that you completed and understood the readings and videos throughout the semester.
