For this assignment, you are NOT writing out a whole onboarding plan but you are creating the framework of one you feel best reflects an effective process.  
Section 1:   Introductory page (one page) that will introduce and briefly describe the concept of onboarding.  It will also explain what the research says about the effectiveness of onboarding plans in terms of retention of staff. You will need to do your own research on this.  
Section 2:  Onboarding checklist which lists the items that will be addressed in your framework.  You must provide at least 12 items on your list. Several links have been provided above to see how other programs put their onboarding process together as well as sample checklist items. 
Section 3:  Details of 6 Checklist Items  (4-5 pages) – you will provide the details of the remaining 6 in next week’s assignment.
