The PowerPoint should define a quality problem in the usa, include supporting data, and include a recommended improvement approach and metrics.
A high level charter should also be presented that includes recommended team members, timelines, and resource requests. Be sure to organize your presentation in an easy to understand, compelling manner. Include voiceovers with the presentation.
Your presentation should be well-written and meet the following requirements:
