Effective Communication
Everything that we are experiencing, in all aspects of our being, has been altered and we are faced with new realities that we weren’t quite prepared for during the past two years. Things are still evolving as they should.  Whenever a change occurs, we are looking for answers, direction, and guidance. We want information and the more we receive it, the more comfortable we become. We have clarity. It’s our job, our duty if you will, as leaders of change to communicate with our teams and frequently.
In recent weeks, how would you rate your communication frequency with direct reports, board members, or supervisor(s)?  Did you experience a communication failure?
