During clinical experience with your preceptor, seek out these experiences and then reflect on them in a journal (on a private discussion board in Brightspace). No one will be able to see other students’ reflections, except the instructor to grade the entries. The journal should have at least 5 entries. At minimum one entry each week from week 8 through week 12. You can add more than 5. In the journal, reflect on past experiences to guide present and future practice. You will continuously add to this journal throughout the rest of the courses that have a practicum component, building on to each one. Follow how each of the entries should be set up on page 3 of this document. Please follow the instructions AND the rubric guidelines. The rubric will be used for grading purposes; therefore, it is important to make sure each component is met.
