and difficulty with daily activities. 
• Cultural considerations: Cultural beliefs and practices may influence an individual’s
willingness to seek help for aging-related issues. 
• Community resources: Senior centers, home health care services, and caregiver
support groups can provide resources and support for older adults and their
caregivers.
