Write an essay about the relationship between social power and social influence. Cover the following points:
1. Compare at least three different definitions of social power from relevant articles of social psychology (can use the assigned articles, recommended articles or other articles) that differ in their definitions of power in relationship to influence
2. Explain the differences clearly
3. Draw your own conclusions: which definition most appeal to you and why; or alternatively would you write a new definition, which one and why
4. What would be a good way to operationalize power based on the chosen definition
The assignments should be 3 to 4 pages long plus references. They should follow APA style for in-text citations and list of references, font Times new roman, 12 points, single spaced. Use a numbered list when answering each of the points that are asked.
its supposed to be based on how three different scientific articles looked at a certain theory/perspective (regarding social power), defined/categorized it in relation to its way of influence.
im also attaching one of the scientific articles i found and another text book which in the social power section there are the names of so many different theories and how the power was exerted in each one. if you dont think you can structure the paper well with these three articles you could also change it. APA in text citations and list of references are important unfortunately
