Choose a weekday (Mon-Thurs) and weekend (Fri-Sun) to accurately track and record all food intake (meals, snacks, liquids and/or additional supplements). If it is a mixed food, estimate the ingredients (e.g. tossed salad might contain 1 cup lettuce, 1⁄4 c. grated carrot, 1⁄2 cup of cucumber, etc.) You may use MyFitnessPal or anything that allow meal documentation and calorie counting. Supplements cannot be inputted, just listed.
