How do I recruit, train, and maintain a high-quality crisis management team?
What are the results of ineffective response planning?
What constitutes an effective response plan?
What are the different types of crisis?
What makes a good crisis leader?
How does crisis management interrelate with strategic management and the process and operations of the organization?
What is the impact of organizational culture on crisis management?
Why is it important to have a crisis communications strategy?
You are required to complete one written case study by providing a detailed analysis with answers to the assigned questions in writing. This case study will be assigned during the first class. Please see the rubric that describes the criteria for this assignment in more detail. The case study is worth 20 points.
