These instructions reflect a task our writers previously completed for another student. Should you require assistance with the same assignment, please submit your homework details to our writers’ platform. This will ensure you receive an original paper, you can submit as your own. For further guidance, visit our ‘How It Works’ page.

Based on the concepts of Informal Leadership discussed in Chapter 5 of Van Wart’s book, and the elements from the Ted Talk, your task is to write and describe a hypothetical or real case that illustrates the effectiveness of informal leadership in addressing an internal organizational problem or a policy implementation challenge in a public organization. Make sure to identify separately each of the following aspects: 1) the organizational or policy problem, 2) the characteristics of the informal leadership, 3) the contribution that informal leadership brings to solve the organizational problem, 4) the challenges and problems that can arise from the informal leadership.
Please comment and answer this question using the concepts reviewed in our previous classes and based on the readings of Van Wart’s book. Make sure you use APA citations and references, as well as supporting data and additional literature to support your argument.
