There are many ethical issues for managers to handle in the workplace. Common issues are a toxic workplace culture that needs to be evaluated and replaced through a strategic plan. Another issue is unrealistic goals that may be set for the workforce and specifically areas in the company that are affected by achieving bonuses or other benefits.
Technology is another area of ethical conduct that managers need to supervise and ensure the workforce is adhering to policies. The main ethical issue that remains to plague organizations is discrimination and harassment. Laws are in place to protect employees from discrimination and harassment.
