Do you think that the motivational principles discussed in the video have the potential to be applied in business?
Where could this approach really pay off in the typical organization?
What kinds of problems do you see in applying these approaches?
It is not unheard of for organizations to change their culture. It is generally not advisable, however, that organizations change their cultures frequently. Consequently, care must be taken when an organizational change of this magnitude is considered. But when the circumstances necessitate a change, a culture change can be most effective. Changing an organization’s culture is one of the most difficult leadership challenges. That’s because an organization’s culture comprises an interlocking set of goals, roles, processes, values, communications practices, attitudes, and assumptions. Changing a culture is also, generally, a large-scale undertaking.
Do some research and find an impactful and/or  particularly difficult case of organizational culture change. Be specific in your findings, particularly, the reason for the change and precisely how the organization turned things around culture-wise.
