You are required to submit a 1500 word reflective essay in relation to your developing knowledge of the social work profession and the alignment between the profession’s values and your own. In your written reflection, you should address the following:
• What are the reasons that you decided to study social work and what key strengths do you bring to your future role. (250 words)
• What is the role, mission and purpose of the profession of social work in the contemporary context? (500 words)
• Provide an analysis of 2 key values of the profession and how these values intersect with your own personal and cultural values. (750 words)
You must also include a minimum of six (6) scholarly references that are cited correctly, using the APA 7th referencing style.
