These instructions reflect a task our writers previously completed for another student. Although I have attached all instructions for the report down below I will list a few key pointers. 
Format: APA format (8.5′ by 11′), Times New Roman, 12 point font, double spaced. 
The 15 pages must include all these sections: 
*THE PAGES THAT ARE NUMBERED MUST BE IN THAT ORDER AND HAVE THEIR OWN ASSIGNED PAGE , THE PAGES WITH A “-” can be combined with other information in pages. 
1. title page (which does not count as a page according to the pricing on the paper) 
2. table of contents 
– executive summary 
– mission statement
– strategy
– enviornmental scanning 
– detailed description of products
– quality management
– forecasting
– operations planning
– location consideration
– maufacutring 
– facility layout (diagram as attachement) 
– “Just-in-time” (explained better in the instructions attached below) 
*THAT SHOULD CONCLUDE THE 15 PAGES* 
PAGES 16 AND 17 ARE AS BELOW
16. Refrences (sources used/ cited in the report)
17. All Appendices that have NOT been used throughout the report (charts/tables/images)
Please keep in mind that the 15 pages should compplete the report (title page, table of contents, and all other listed sections above up to “just in time”), the 16th and 17th page are at the end (refrences and appendices). 
Please also keep in mind on the section “facility layout” the requirements of the digram that needs to be created and insered as a page.
