After completing the Understanding Small Groups reading, we understand small groups better. We read that there is no set number of members for the ideal small group. A small group requires a minimum of three people (because two people would be a pair or dyad), but the upper range of group size is contingent on the purpose of the group. When groups grow beyond 15 to 20 members, it becomes difficult to consider them a small group based on the previous definition.
Write about a group experience you have had. Watch the videos in the Study Materials and use them for support while you write.  Answer the following questions:
Reflect upon past group experiences, in school and/or work.
What did you enjoy about them? What did you dislike about them?
How could you have improved the experiences?
Remember to cite the video and your text using either MLA or APA style.
Your reply to the original topic questions must be a minimum of 300 words.
