Patient reports the discharge occurred after having sex intercourse with her partner 5 days ago without protection, and it is in large amount. Denies fever or pain, Vital sign 125/76, P70, R20, T97.6, Wt. 163Ibs. Pupils equal, round, and reactive to light. Clear to auscultation and percussion. Heart: Normal sinus rhythm, no murmur. Pelvic exam: External genitalia normal, no rash or redness.
