paragraphs (with paragraph titles) explaining, in your own words, how they will support your leadership.
b.   Your
leadership philosophy must be IAW Army writing standards (clearly understood in
a single rapid reading and is clear, concise, and well-organized).
c.   List
references used for your historical examples.
